What to expect when building a custom toy:

1. Get Started:
   • Begin by filling out a simple form below to share your preferences and project details.
2. Consultation:
   • Expect a follow-up from our team for more details and any reference materials you may have.
3. Prototype and Deposit:
   • Once we have the necessary information secure your order with a non-refundable $20 deposit.
   • A 3D prototype is crafted and you will have an opportunity to see the product before you commit. If you are not satisfied with the prototype, you can request changes before it’s all locked in.
4. Production:
   • Your toy will be 3D printed, and processed until glass-like smooth, and then a mold is made from the smoothed 3D print.

5. Final Payment:
   • Once you have confirmed the prototype (all changes have been made and approved) you will receive a quote for the custom toy.
   • This final price (your deposit will be deducted from the cost) must be paid in full before the molding process begins.
   • An invoice will be sent to the email of your choosing.
6. Timeline and Updates:
   • Receive a timeline based on your toy’s complexity (3 weeks to 3 months+).
   • Get weekly updates to stay informed throughout the process.
7. Completion Notification:
   • When your custom toy is ready, you’ll be notified promptly.
8. Discreet Shipping:
   • Your personalized product will be shipped discreetly to your specified location.
